About Colin Palmer Financial Services

Our Background
Colin Palmer Financial Services has some 19 years experience of delivering Independent Financial and Mortgage advice to its clients.
We work as an agent to you, for you and in your best interests. We are not connected in anyway to any bank, building society, insurance companies or any other type of financial institution. We are dedicated to impartial financial advice & we have no vested interest in the advice given.
Our principles, values and beliefs, can be summarised as:
Independence - In all its forms. Independence of thought, independence from product providers when recommending a product to a client, independence of the individual so that they are not manipulated or controlled by others. We believe that by striving to help our clients become financially independent, which in a world which is becoming increasingly economically driven, will be the only guarantee of creating and retaining an independent lifestyle.
Wealth creation - creating and conserving wealth for our clients is one of our prime objectives. By conducting a full analysis of our clients financial position, attitude to risk, and future aspirations we endeavour to increase the wealth of our clients to ensure their future independence and the life-style that they aspire to.
Honesty - this extends not only to our clients but also in the transparent way we deal with others.
Simplicity - Financial planning should be simple in concept and delivery. Financial planning should be a good experience, which is easy to understand by the customer, not a bewildering, jargon filled maze. We believe that by delivering impartial and independent advice face to face that we can provide a personal service to our clients which, with periodic reviews, will enable clients to value the on-going service that we can provide.
Self reliance - we believe that self reliance is about having the maturity and the ability to face the true reality of our present economic circumstances in the world today and that to rely on the State for support is not necessarily the most desirable of personal outcomes.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
For mortgages you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually (0.50%) of the loan amount, or we can accept commission from the lender.
